How to Prepare for the Transition

To help institutions prepare, HEFWA has released a step-by-step setup guide that walks through everything you’ll need to get started.

Here’s what you need to know:

• June 2: The onboarding form becomes available for HEFWA institutional members
• June 9: The current CashCourse site will go offline (no data will transfer)
• June 23: New CashCourse launches — students will need to create new accounts

To avoid delays, schools are encouraged to submit setup requests at least five business days before their intended rollout date.
