alliance coaching experience

A unique learning experience offered as part of your HEFWA membership.

The Higher Education Financial Wellness Alliance Coaching Experience (ACE) program is an opportunity for members of HEFWA to be partnered with an experienced coach to help improve their practice in the field of financial wellness.

ACE Program Details

The ACE mentorship program runs each year from August to May. ACE mentees will be paired with a coach who has several years of experience building, running, and improving financial wellness programming within higher education. In addition to one-on-one meetings, the ACE cohort meets as a group several times throughout the year to network, exchange ideas and share best practices. Participation in group meetings and activities is expected.

All applicants will be notified by mid-August, and those accepted will be matched with Coaches in accordance with their matching preferences and goals or programmatic needs.

We are currently seeking applications from both mentees and coaches for the 2024-2025 cohort.
Apply no later than August 4, 2024.
